We want you to have a positive experience with Veltrix. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@veltrixbrand.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.
